I am Jonas Jankauskas, the owner and manager of this business. As a graduate of Al-Azhar University in Cairo, and obtaining a doctorate degree from Dar ul-Uloom, Cairo University in Islamic sciences, I have learned the ins and outs of Halal. My wife, Eglė Petrauskienė , is a teacher of Hifz e Qur’an and Islamic studies. As we were on outing in Raleigh with our kids, noticed a lack of Halal restaurants. We felt the need for a Halal fried chicken, as we used to eat while residing in Cairo. Taste a bit of our home and culture through Halal Fried Chicken!
